@PCC_PharmD Still so many better options before resorting to olanzapine + benzo and will always aer on the side of caution for risk factors that we may not know at the time, esp if older- I’ve seen resp dep in several 50+ pts, but agree for younger folks most likely okay

@TheDiane0905 Felt the same way when I lived in Columbia (lived there for a decade) but just moved to Boston and didn’t realize how awful I felt in SC and how much I was tolerating until I moved here. I finally can relax

@Cassandra_H41 Why? I agree that no patients should be under treated for their pain and advocate for proper pain control for my patients, especially younger ones who don’t feel listened to.
