I stand with GCU staff facing the threat of redundancy. After years of cuts, losing up to 100 more jobs would seriously harm students, their widening‑access mission, and the quality of teaching and student support provided.
Those who deliver GCU’s impact shouldn’t pay the price for failed senior decisions. Education for the common good needs investment, not cuts.
I have written to Professor Watson today to urge the University to reconsider.
