@PulpGames0 @madcap412 Animating them is included in the process, videogames are made of animations (usually). Sure you can pick a Daz3D model and change the feature just like a character creation in an MMO. But we have hundreds of muscles in our face. It's hard to not animate something uncanny.

@PulpGames0 @madcap412 It's quite hard to make a realistic woman face, also, I add, that she's not made to look ugly, look at the traits. They just are not animated perfecly, because there are developers that set the bar too high in that field. Even expedition33 it's uncanny to me to be honest.

In Red Dead Redemption 2 (2018): railroad workers are actually working and they nail the track into the ground before moving onto the next nail until they finish. In Crimson Desert (2026): NPCs endlessly hit the same rocks without a purpose while clipping through them.

Another stupid take. Let’s compare Rockstar Games a AAAA studio with a net worth of 20 billion who tend to work on single titles who have a team of over 6000 employees to Crimson Desert (Pearl Absyss) with 200-250 devs and at most a twentieth of the budget spread over several games and IPs.
