@SIMPLEMobile Thank you. I was told because billing was automatically generated, nothing can be done to rectify error. Sounds like poor programming to me. I chatted with an online agent and arranged for a call back tomorrow. I hope this can be resolved.

@Purplefruhead Hi Lisa! I am sorry for the trouble. If you are on the Windows machine, then please repair the installation files once from the help menu of Acrobat>select repair installation, reboot the machine, and then try making the changes. Thanks. ^Anand 1/2

@Purplefruhead In the Pint Window, Click on the Properties Tab of Adobe PDF Printer, you will get another window as Adobe PDF Document Properties, select Adobe PDF Settings>Adobe PDF page Size. And Add the required page size you want, Thanks. ^Anand

@Purplefruhead Thanks for shairng the details Lisa. Try adding the new page settings under the Adobe Properties>Adobe PDF Settings. Specify the name, width, height, and unit of measurement. Click Add/Modify to add the custom page size name to the Adobe PDF Page Size menu, Thanks. ^Anand
