Salaries are not the issue most are in line with market. The pensions need to be massivly reduced. Credit card spending to be stopped. And the BIG one ? Conduct due diligence forensics with AI and find out what they are not declaring in their assets. And when it is found what they are sitting on and how they are getting wealthy, jail the bastards.
