Hi @British_Airways flight from Heathrow to Miami yesterday 09.55 LHR TO MIA BA0207 Bags never arrived and was reported at the airport who advised we’d get an email with the relevant details. Needless to say no email. Now joined the cruise with no idea where the bags are.

@wizzair My sons flight was changed by 2 days, spoke to customer service who assured us, that compensation coyld be claimed for extea expenses, but NO! Wizzair closed the claim with no reimbursement.
