@SouthernWater Trying to 'report a pollution' using the website link/buttons, to our property. Is there an issue with the website? As no entry form appears? And would like to send an image with an explanation. Have previously never had an issue using this method of reporting.

@RoyalMailHelp It's only a small thing, but it's no longer a free collection service. It's now costing 30p, so edit your screens! Also, your app isn't working. It really is poor service all round. Want to stay using Royal Mail, but finding it hard to justify.

@YorkshireLegal Sounds like the office needs the training as staff are currently destroying the mental health of my daughter currently buying her first home! It would be useful if staff realise how not replying to messages, not answering calls and poor comms' causes MH distress to others.

@PostOffice Yesterday I went to my local PO to send 2 parcels. Look at receipts today it says they are being sent "Evri Standard" Is this something new/normal? I did not ask to use Evri. I went pre 5pm to get last RM post, tracking now shows they've not been collected yet!

@PostOffice No discussion. First time this has happened. The 1st parcel was a medium parcel was charged £5.45 and then discovered it and the small parcel are both going via Evri. I could bought it myself for less if I wanted to use Evri, which I don't due to delivery problems previously.

@SW_Help Hello, and thank you. It was the 10:17 Cosham train. She got off at Winchester. Carriage 3. She lost rings and they are jammed between the seat and side and couldn't remove them in time, and had to get off the train for college ☹️. And now is quite distraught.
