@AvantiWestCoast I did but he basically dismissed it and made light of it which tbh wasn’t the most helpful or understanding. He just something along the lines of you’re lucky it wasn’t worse when I drew his attention to the leaking and informed him that people and devices were getting wet.

@McDonaldsUK why is that when your west one store has no fizzy drinks available -we can no longer get a meal deal and have to individually order items that we didn’t even want and pay extra for the privilege. If you don’t have the drinks then you should honour the meal deal price

@slimchickens what’s the uk version please so I can make a complaint to customer service ? The food and service were both abysmal. Politely asked for a manager 3 times who hid in the back and told staff to tell me she would be 30 mins. She never came.

@McDonaldsUK please please please bring back the sour cream and chive dip ….. the garlic mayo would be a decent addition for people who like it but there are people who loved the sour cream and cannot have garlic.
