I'm increasingly convinced that burnout doesn't come from working long hours or weekends. The people I know who burned out were the ones who were really bored with their work, not the ones who worked the most hours. Burnout comes from working on things that don't energize you.

@Frankierit I’ll also say, Bey sounds vocally the strongest on the Dreamgirls album. She sings so in tune, which likely helped her when she recorded Bday. She does not get enough credit for her contributions to that album.

@Frankierit I think Renaissance and B-Day are Bey’s best albums. They’re similar in a lot of ways - all up tempo songs and give good vibes that can feel transformative for an individual.
