A manhunt has begun in Great Yarmouth after two teenage girls were raped on South Beach Parade on Saturday, and police are appealing for witnesses. A man in his 30s was arrested on Sunday, but officers are still searching for a second suspect described as a white man in his 30s or 40s with short dark hair and dark facial hair. He was wearing blue jeans and a dark green jacket with a white stripe on both sleeves. I’ve just looked through the feed of Great Yarmouth MP Rupert Lowe, and I wonder why he hasn’t tweeted about it to help the police?

@TheoSmith341482 @angloid0 Dont have to win to gain more recognition though, even a 3rd place finish would give people hope, the whole nation will be watching remember, thats the whole nations eyes being open to a party called Restore.

@angloid0 If we fail to gain traction there, it will damage the Great Yarmouth momentum. But making gains there would offer us a space in the public psyche and we would be a thorn in Reform's shoe, forcing them out of a defensive electoral position, thus making them easier to pressure.

I think Restore should stand in the Makerfield by-election. Why not? If we can focus on 1 constituency like Restore did in Yarmouth then 100s of activists would come, possibly even more then Yarmouth seen as its more central. Even if Restore doesn’t win they can have a huge effect on the election results and will damage Reform a lot. Thoughts?

@HendrickD82 @GarCarey7 Currently they absolutely do look better and there's no argument to be made. Grav was worth his transfer fee Alexis was worth his fee Endo was worth his fee Diaz was worth his fee Nunez obvs not but u wanted him. Wirtz,Isak,Ektike havent shown enough to justify their price

@GarCarey7 No they don't. Gravenberch is shite. Alexis is washed. Endo is washed. Diaz was already sold and wasn't great for us. Nunez is gone after flopping. Klopp's signing bar Alexis and Dom were really poor.

Michael Edwards career is genuinely hilarious, the man was and is absolutely nothing without Klopp and the arrogant ego maniac cunt had the nerve to fall out with him, Klopps signings with Jorge currently look better than Edwards since Klopp left too, the irony 😂

Salah shouldn't be leaving Liverpool. A good coach gets at least another top year from him. But Edwards has conspired to get rid of him since the beginning of the season.

To be clear, my issue here isn’t men trying to stop / reduce / reverse balding My issue is SPECIFICALLY the use of Finasteride. It is one of the worst things you can put into your body There are plenty of easy ways to stop balding, reduce balding, and even reverse balding without nuking your hormones and castrating yourself
Dkay@dkayofficial_

“Emerging investigation” I’ve been saying since 2023 that Finasteride absolutely destroys men internally

Have you just described 11 games of which most or all were friendlies as an elite run in the early 2000s and tried to palm off seeing that hyperbolic tweet as some ball knowledge 😭 Ezri Konsa went on an 11 game win streak at CB for England keeping a clean sheet in 10 of them. Are you about to tell me he is elite and better than Rio & Terry because they didn’t? No because a bunch of friendlies and low stakes qualifiers mean nothing. Stop getting your info from football fan pages they are hyperbolic for engagement.

The right answer here is Steven Gerrard. Not because he’s the most technical (that’s Scholes), Not because he has the best numbers (that’s Lampard), …but because he gives you everything at an elite level. Gerrard is the only one of the three who could…..Play as a 6, 8, or 10 at world-class level, Carry a team with no structure and still dominate games, Decide big moments by himself….goals, assists, tackles, leadership He’s basically a system on his own. He wasn’t just “complete” he was situationally dominant. Whatever the game demanded, he could become that player in real time.

@lordkertchykov @R36073113 @McFlybowy How many games did they actually play together in this supposed elite double pivot with no Lampard in the early 2000s? Scholes had retired by 2004 because he wasn’t getting in for a long time before that. Are you literally just referring to that 1 game v Germany?

@EconomyComments @McFlybowy Read what I said, I am referring to the early 2000s. Gerrard and Scholes pivot was very very good when implemented. Remember when we thrashed Germany 5-1?

@R36073113 @McFlybowy Are you old enough? It was always a Gerrard Lampard conversation. Gerrard played as an 8 for England & Liverpool until he got too old then dropped back to a 6 at the end of his career and did pretty decently, but never for England.

@McFlybowy The primary reason England’s golden generation couldn’t function properly is because neither Gerrard nor Lampard were capable of playing the 6 at a high level. Gerrard was the better 8, Lampard was the better 10. But Lampard was a better 8 than Gerrard was a 10.

synephrine also increases lipolysis and metabolic rate and increases the thermic effect of food, meaning that you can basically eat a bit more when taking it. EAT ORANGES!

50 mg synephrine (found in bitter CITRUS FRUITS) was able to increase metabolic rate by 65 kcal in the following 75 minutes after ingestion in humans that were in a rested state. Even better, synephrine did this without altering blood pressure or cognitive abilities.

You genuinely can’t argue with any of this.
BRITAIN IS BROKEN 🇬🇧@BROKENBRITAIN0

🚨BREAKING: Rupert Lowe has just cleared up Rumours surrounding Restore Britain's immigration policies 🇬🇧 "There continues to be an immense amount of fake news circulating around Restore Britain’s principles of immigration. Here is our position. Read it, and let me know if you agree… Step one. Remove the illegal migrant population. Two million? Three million? Even more? Doesn’t matter. They will all be detained, and they will all be deported. We will of course start with the third world invaders and foreign criminals - this is a day one priority. A Restore Britain Government would launch the largest deportation scheme in British history - we have the plan, we’ve already published the most comprehensive deportation scheme ever released. 100+ pages of it. We know how to do it. Now we are seeking the power to implement it. The illegals are the priority. Foreign criminals go too, but that doesn’t even need discussing anymore. They’re out the door on the first flight home. What happens to them in their own country is not our problem. Step two. Legal migrants who can’t speak English, refuse to work, claim benefits, live in social housing, hate our way of life or even actively want to do us harm? They go too - hopefully voluntarily. If not, they will be removed. Dual nationals who want to kill us? Strip them off their British citizenship and send them back. Foreign Islamists, gone. Dual national Islamists, gone. If foreigners want to live in an Islamic country, we will make that a reality for them. This would all be twinned with drastic reductions of the number of people settling in the country, and I mean drastic. It will be in the thousands, not the hundreds of thousands. Who can come? Ultra high-skilled migrants to fill gaps, and spouses of British men and women. We would ease that process, allowing Brits to bring their husband/wives into our country without the endless bureaucracy, red tape and cost - allowing them to build a family. That is positive immigration. We will encourage it. All done alongside our Red List. If a country is proven to supply us with sex pests, rapists, criminals and illegals? We will shut off entire visa routes. We will discriminate based on the evidence. Afghanistan would be top of that list. Those Afghans who came following the data breach would be removed and relocated. All of them. The asylum system would be abolished in its entirety. ILR would be scrapped. Benefits for foreign nationals would be cancelled. Social housing currently filled with foreigners would be freed for British families. The whole immigration scam would finally end. When a visa ends, that individual will be expected to leave Britain - that principle will be enforced for the first time in decades. And here’s a mad idea. Our aim would be to train the millions of healthy Brits on benefits to do these jobs. This is just so painfully obvious. If they don’t like it, they lose their universal credit. Simple. None of this is complicated. It just takes balls. The number of people living in Britain would radically reduce - millions would go during the first five years of a Restore Britain Government. Millions. Our immigration system would put one group of people at the top of the agenda. The British people. If you want all of this - vote for it. Join Restore Britain, support Restore Britain. Put us in power, and we will get it done. I promise you that."
