@DrGDigby Agree. I plan on turning every appointment into an evisit or phone call at the same time. My interpretation is that is still "patient initiated" as I am keeping the appointment they made previously, just moving the format....but I have no authority, just my interpretation

If Kaiser Permanente can have over 50% of its 110 million patient interactions virtually in 2017, we should be able to do better than the 1% of care that happens virtually in Ontario. Let's start the #tenpatient challenge! Do at least 10 virtual visits/wk @OAGS1 @OntariosDoctors
