Don't buy @oneplus @OnePlus_IN products. Ever since OnePlus has effectively become OPPO, the brand has lost what made it "Never Settle." My phone suddenly developed 2 green lines on the display without any physical damage or mishandling. When I visited the OnePlus Service Centre, I was told to leave my phone there for 10–15 days, or instead visit an OPPO Service Centre. So, after paying a premium price for a flagship device, this is the level of after-sales support customers receive? Customers buy OnePlus expecting reliability and premium service—not manufacturing defects and weeks without their phone.
