@kapsology The root cause of all these issues starts from the catering tendering process. In most cases, the contract is awarded to the service provider who quotes the lowest price.
Because of this, companies try to reduce their costs as much as possible to remain profitable. Part 1
@kapsology This leads to a chain reaction:
•Less educated workers generally have lower awareness of hygiene and safety standards
•Poor hygiene awareness results in lower quality output
•Ultimately, this leads to poor service quality and customer dissatisfaction…
Part 3
@kapsology The easiest way to cut costs is by lowering staff salaries.
When salaries are low, companies often hire inexperienced and less educated workers, as skilled and trained staff demand higher wages. Part 2
Things I want in my husband:
-Must be a virgin
-Must give birth to a girl
-Must be submissive
-Must know how to cook and clean
-Must live with me in my parents'
house after marriage
-Must take my surname after marriage
-Must never talk back
-Must have no past relationships
-Must obey everything I say
Oh so,
Rupee is depreciating
Stocks are sideways for months
FDs barely beat inflation
Gold & Silver at unreasonable highs
Real estate needs big capital to invest
So, where will middle class invest ?
Life is strange.
You arrive with nothing, struggle for everything and leave with nothing again.
So don’t wait for more to be happy.
Be content with what you have today.
@mainbhiengineer FD aur PPF ke alawa Sab chhal hai.... At the end of the day SIP or share market investments se kuch bhi haanth nhi aayega inlogo ke chakkar me reh kar.
Kal tak toh bol raha tha "Do SIP and become crorepati" aur ek saal market consolidate ho gaya toh "SIP won't make you rich"
These Finfluencers are jokers 🤡
.@Narendra Modi ji,
this is a serious and genuine question.
If manufacturing is shifting to India,
and GST is being reduced year by year,
then why have essential IT hardware prices exploded between 2024–2025?
Price comparison:
• DDR4 16GB
2024: ₹3,000
2025: ₹8,000
• DDR5 16GB
2024: ₹7,000
2025: ₹18,000
• 1 TB SATA SSD
2024: ₹5,000
2025: ₹9,000
• 1 TB NVMe SSD
2024: ₹6,500
2025: ₹13,000
These are not luxury items.
This is basic infrastructure for students, developers, startups, creators.
If “Make in India” is working and taxes are easing,
prices should come down, not triple.
So what’s happening here?
Import duties? Cartels? Distribution margins? Policy gaps?
2020 beet gaya
2025 beet gaya
2026 aa gaya, aur ek din 2026 bhi beet jayega
Aisa karke ek din 2047 aa jayega aur phir Modi ji Darbhanga ke ek rally mein bolenge - Mitron, azadi ke 125 saal hone pe, saal 2072 mein humara lakshya 100 smart city aur ek Vikshit Bharat banana hai.
