@JUrology @ZBahouth @marclaniado @RFowlr Thank you @JUrology for publishing our series of Retzius sparing RARPs n=529. rsRARP offers excellent early / immediate continence however ? pay off with PSMs. Our consecutive unselected cohort with anterior PSMs of only 0.9% will hopefully attract more to this great technique

@MeenaDavuluri @PCF_Science NPV for csPCa in PIRADS 1/2 on bx is reliably 87-90% in bx naive population. Higher in previous neg bx. Lower in AS. Next challenge is how to further refine risk to select men for bx in the MRI low risk population. Biopsy for all is NOT the answer. #ProstateJC

In the #PRECISION study, clinically significant #ProstateCancer was detected in 38% of the MRI-targeted biopsy group, vs. 26% of the standard-biopsy group. The study authors deemed MRI, w/ or w/out targeted biopsy, to be non-inferior to standard TRUS–guided biopsy. #ProstateJC
