It’s being reported that a Tottenham training session was delayed for nearly 2 hours today after a player reported finding an unknown white powdery substance on the pitch.
Training was suspended while an investigation was launched. After a complete analysis, experts determined that the white substance unknown to the players was the Goal Line.
Training resumed after it was decided the team was unlikely to encounter the substance again this season.

I'm calling 42 points to be absolutely safe with 40 the base to be "confident".
That would mean Spurs having to win 4 of their final 6 games ( possible of course) to reach the higher limit or 50% of their matches to get to 39 points.
Because Spurs have undoubted quality, I'm calling 42. Get there ASAP and your safe. Anything below and your chancing it.

Maybe getting the opportunity to play Augusta National unlimited times the month leading into The Masters, while skipping three straight tournaments, gave Rory McIlroy an unfair advantage over the other competitors… Just maybe.
Congrats, or whatever.

Tottenham weren't good today. But they also weren't lucky. And they may need both of those things to change if they are to stay up.

@RFvdV11 @morpethhack @AlasdairGold How many times did Kolo Muani dive today? If you actually tried to play football rather than cheat you might actually have a chance of staying up

@RFvdV11 @AlasdairGold But he didn’t give Sunderland everything. He gave Spurs a penalty which, without VAR, would’ve stood. He let many fouls on Brobbey go unpunished, and did nothing about three sly off-the-ball fouls by Udogie.
I’m not sure which contentious decisions went in favour of Sunderland
English

@morpethhack @AlasdairGold What’s the talentless back four got anything to do with the ref giving Sunderland every free kick but spurs nothing. Nothing against Sunderland, it’s been the same since Xmas!
English

@RFvdV11 @AlasdairGold I don’t think he did. He never mentioned Udogie slyly fouling off the ball three times, or Spurs’ cynical, talentless back four
