@vmo2news @LutzSchueler #TeamVirginMediaO2 are not looking after their clients. My phone has been disconnected 4 times in 3 months because of fraud authorised by vmo2 employees and I am getting bored of being promised that it has been resolved. This has caused severe stress.

@O2 - Please do better. You still have not resolved my complaint - it's been over 1 month! It seems that you are encouraging criminal activity by tolerating fraudsters to use your customers' accounts. #o2fraud

@O2 @MarkEvansO2 Hi @O2 - it is shocking that this has still not been resolved! The only thing that I was corrected on was that @MarkEvansO2 is no longer the CEO. @thetimes @DailyMailUK @X - how many people are being put through significant stress and financial pressure due to @O2's poor admin

@SimonCalder @SimonCalder Is the following true for UK citizens returning from red list - if fully vaccinated can travel to Ireland and NOT have to quarantine there but on day 6 of stay in Ireland must do a PCR test and it must be negative and then can return to the UK without quarantining
