@RGcycleGirl @BritishParking @WestBerkshire This area is actually privately owned. As long as cars have used a dropped kerb to access it, no offence has been committed. The pavement edge follows the building line from Forresters.

@PetitForestier your vehicles are putting pedestrian lives at risk. 9am, Tuesday, Pangbourne. This is a route for school children and next to a zebra crossing. Pavements are not for HGVs.
