Words I heard recently that stuck with me: “Culture is the vibe we set and the standard we practice.” Not the posters on the wall. Not just what we say. It’s the actions we repeat every single day.

Attention to detail. This is where athletes begin to stand out because they do the small things consistently — the things many players overlook. It looks like: • Sprinting on and off the field • Listening carefully when coaches are giving instruction • Treating every practice rep like it matters • Following up with college coaches during recruiting • Preparing before games and practices • Moving with urgency instead of needing to be told twice None of these things require more talent. They require discipline, awareness, and pride in how you operate.

"You have to practice and play and behave like a winner if you want to win games. It is not just something that you can decide to be. You have to be that every single day in your approach and in your execution."
