@ATinyGreenCell @NEBiolabs During grad school I sent some PCR products to a facility in Toronto from Rhode Island. I watched in horror as they were shipped first to Alaska, then to Singapore. Eventually they made it to their destination, but the dry ice was of course long gone.

Damn it, @NEBiolabs order got delayed in the summer heat in Kentucky and likely thawed long before it arrived. Don't think I can trust these now. Gonna call customer service; this threw a wrench in my workweek. Can't do client work with this risk. All enzymes baked :/
