1.08 lakh votes were deleted in Stalin's constituency and Stalin lost by 8795 votes. Apart from SIR another reason for his loss in terms of the campagin is, Stalin couldn't capture the imagination of GenZ/Millenials and give them hope. No incumbent party is able to showcase a vision for how the state would progress especially for increasing white collar jobs. In such a scenario, despite great macro economic performance in their previous term, people will go for change. AAP needs to provide a better visions for the future of GenZ and Milleneals that is achievable in the nex 5 years. Their key demand is INCREASING WHITE-COLLAR JOB OPPORTUNITIES and TO REDUCE COST OF STARTING A BUSINESS, not just ease of buisness for startups and micro-businesses. Or else, i fear the naya tag will help BJP come to power in Punjab.

Kejriwal vs Delhi HC Judge It’s very unsavoury and could have been avoided. If the judge had expressed her view at an earlier stage, she should have realised that there was a possibility of prejudice and a likelihood of bias: Justice Sanjib Banerjee,  Former Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court/Former Judge #TTP | @PreetiChoudhry

#Exclusive || If a political party publicly alleges bias, conflict of interest and ideological leanings against a judge — and the judge later recuses herself — does that set a dangerous precedent for the judiciary going forward? Watch as @vikassinghSrAdv responds. #TTP | @PreetiChoudhry

Read this slowly and carefully: India’s export of petroleum products grew by 35% in April 2026. Indian govt has slashed export tax on diesel 55/L to 16/L in April. Who says there’s a fuel crisis?

This kind of a statement should directly lead to impeachment of the judge. As responsible citizens, we cannot allow judicial standards and ethics to fall to such pits. The dignity of the chair and institution is at stake here. Leader of Opposition @RahulGandhi should condemn this statement and consider moving an impeachment motion against the Chief Justice. Someone should speak up for our courts!

CJI Surya Kant says there are "parasites" attacking the system. "There are youngsters like cockroaches, who don't get any employment and don't have any place in the profession. Some of them become media, some of them become social media, some of them become RTI activists, some of them become other activists, and they start attacking everyone." - CJI.

PM @narendramodi Sir this is very very wrong. We need measures to increase exports not this. Large nos travel for overseas business . Cost has gone up tremendously. On top of this, if correct, only add to huge increases in cost. Please review. @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia

@VihSat @pbhushan1 check what activism means. Heck our whole country is filled with bizmen who lobby the govt. You live in a fool's paradise if you think bizmen aren't activists. Its just that they do it behind closed doors in the shadows but the richer ones do it publicly also. Stop gaslighting.

Very unfortunate & somewhat general remark made by the CJI against youngsters. I understand that the youngster before him may be irresponsible, but such general remarks reflect his antipathy towards activists, which also mirrors the view of the fascist ruling establishment. Sends a poor signal. Should apologise and clarify

That is because the system doesn't protect you in India and money becomes that gurantee. So given that reality, you got to protect your own interests and gives rise to more snake-oil salesmen in the market. Only sure shot ideas get funded and not moon shot ideas unless they are related or come through strong references. Heck take our own leaders sitting on top as examples who are not qualified to manage our economy.

During my short 5-day stay in India, I’ve noticed that Indian society has become a zero-trust one when it comes to financial transactions. In aggregate, this reflects a mindset that increasingly values money over human relationships.

What more tragedy than several world leaders mourning the dead in massive UP storm and PM Modi not uttering a word, till now. And so it is for almost all CMs and Ministers. More than 100 Indians dead. But it never happened. NEW INDIA

The biggest threat to Indian democracy is not just a compromised Election Commission or an incompetent government. It is the steady collapse of judicial independence. A democracy cannot survive when the institution meant to check power stops doing its job. (1/6)

Corruption has to be centralised through digital means. There shouldn't be leakage. Only delhi should be able to leak papers and can hide the expose more effeciently. As long as technology is manned by corrupt humans they can leak it. What we need is more transparency in the system, digitization often means a lack of transparency just like with ECI. If the top man is compromised then the whole system is compromised and he can hide the evidence or the govt protects him. Decentralisation helps catch such crimes.

According to Education Minister Dharmedra Pradhan – The "root cause" of NEET paper leaks is the OMR-based exam. So, from next year, NEET exam will switch to CBT (Computer Based Test), currently used for JEE Main. Disadvantages of the OMR based exam- Question paper is printed in bulk, transported, sorted, distributed to 1000s of centres – thus creating multiple leak points. Advantage of CBT system- - No physical question paper exists - Questions are delivered encrypted & just-in-time - The paper is randomized from a large pool of Questions - Software algorithms shuffle Q&As to assemble a unique paper for each candidate - There is no single paper which can be ‘leaked.’ NOTE: Although CBT is a much better system, it is not fool proof. In 2021, a JEE Main cheating racket came to light, in which a hacker solved questions for paying candidates live during the exam.

“Bhajan clubbing” is drawing Gen Z crowds across India. No alcohol, no DJs. Just performers leading Hindu devotional songs set to bass-heavy beats. It’s part of a wider shift reshaping how young Indians are engaging with the faith. @akritiisharma explains: bloom.bg/4uNvX0f
