🌺 SEASON OF REMEMBRANCE: VETERAN CARE 🌺 The Curphey Home, established in 1957, accommodates up to thirty-five residents.

Today we remember Marcus Bailey. Born in Barbados, he joined the @RoyalNavy in 1916 as an AB Chef and served onboard HMS Chester during the Battle of Jutland. He survived and his children, James and Lilian, went on to serve in the Second World War. We will remember them.

The Commonwealth Voyage - Exploring Cultures and Traditions. Antigua and Barbuda, a twin-island nation nestled in the heart of the Caribbean. With strong ties with the Royal Navy since the 18th century, the islands hold historical significance to the RN.
