Victory for HMS Collingwood in the 2026 Battle of the Bases against HMS Sultan. More than 260 sailors from both establishments went head to head in a fiercely contested afternoon of teamwork and Royal Navy spirit. After a hard fought contest, we claimed the overall trophy.

This week PO CIS 2503 have completed their course, marking a milestone in their Royal Navy careers. As they step forward as leaders in Communications and Information Systems, delivering the networks and information capability that enable the Fleet to operate worldwide.

Several of our aircrew and engineers from Operation HIGHMAST were invited to @10DowningStreet for a personal thanks from the Prime Minister. A well-deserved recognition for their professionalism, resilience and outstanding contribution throughout the premier deployment of 2025. #815NAS deployed in @HMSPWLS, @HMSDauntless and @Forsvaret_no HNoMS Roald Amundsen on an intensive eight-month operation across the globe. Our Wildcat helicopters proved their worth as a credible maritime strike platform, built around the precision and punch of our Martlet and Sea Venom missiles. #BravoZulu #FleetAirArm #NavalAviation #ProudToServe @COMUKCSG @DefenceOps @DefenceES @UKDefJournal @LukePollard @AlistairCarns

We don’t just climb to new professional heights 🧗 Members of the Sqn visited the Rock Boulder Park at Kingsbastion to test their metal, challenge their strength and try their nerve. LET Park said “it’s a great facility, we had a lot of fun and a great workout!” @MODGibraltar

Many thanks to @HMSDauntless for hosting some of our WE Department onboard today. While alongside in Portsmouth we’re making the most of the opportunities to see other ships and establishments so we can work better together in the future! #TeamTrent #aWEsome #Dauntless
