I lost my Mom last week on New Year's Day. She was only 63. We found out in the ER that she had pancreatic cancer, and then we lost her just 3 weeks later. I already miss her so much. This is why I haven't been uploading videos lately and why I am not at CES this year.

@Tracfone Been thru that just make sure my auto-pay is fine so I never have to deal with your customer care again. I already have an open dm convo from the weekend. You need to train your reps to respect customers’ time. A total of 3 hours on your line with no answer.

So basically it is you get what you paid for went to @MyStraightTalk to get phone and Wi-Fi service and they couldn’t even take a simple auto pay, but from that auto pay issue it turned into a four fucking hour ordeal and then I couldn’t speak to anybody from Saturday till now.

I mean service is cheap, no problem with the service itself but customer care is trash. If you can go without interacting with their reps it’s fine cause your time does not matter. @Tracfone

Then you try to set up for a callbacks. I tell them 9:40 AM central time they call at 8:40 AM. I say well my new call time will be 4:30 PM central time. We set it up for 4 that doesn’t work for me. OK, I’ll look into it all right it’s set up at for 4:30. I get a call at 4.

So I see we are gonna carry of the bullshit from Saturday to today.
