@saketh1998 @ShashiTharoor This benchmark doesn't help @ShashiTharoor .. and probably you know it too .. we should compare these numbers on PPP (Purchasing Power Parity) basis, adjusted to living costs of those respective countries.. the above is only comparing apples to oranges....

Based on the recent statement by Narayan Murthy, I was curious to compare the work duration and IT freshers pay across the countries. I used Chat GPT to get the data and the results were shocking. Indian IT freshers are the most over worked and the least paid compared to any other major economy in the world. and that's a sad state to be honest.
