COACHES: Be careful you don't get frustrated by the very things you are responsible for in your program. Players will do what you allow, tolerate, permit, or accept. Fight for your culture daily. Reinforce and reward the behaviors that are important to you.

What you see in games is the result of what you’ve taught/allowed in practice. Players can’t be faulted if you don’t teach them what they need to know or allow things that shouldn’t be happening. Give them what they need in the pre/off season & always hold them all accountable!

Agree 100%. Coaching is not easy at any level...think of the parent who steps in to coach their child when there are no qualified coaches available. Respect the craft!
