It’s important to remember to not FOMO into pumps. We’ve seen many #Altcoins produce huge green candles such as $TAO $ZEPH $QUBIC $OLAS $AGRS. Attended the North American Blockchain Summit in Fort Worth, TX (see pic below) - @lee_bratcher did a great job of hosting. A few observations: 1⃣WE ARE STILL SO EARLY: I started in the oil & gas business and have been attending NAPE industry conferences for almost 20 years - this NAB Summit reminded me a lot of early NAPE conferences (exhibition hall only half full, some small business vendors pedaling merch, etc.) - it will change dramatically over the next 10 years in terms of attendance, # and nature of exhibitors and panel topics. 2⃣50%+ of the conference was devoted to bitcoin mining (makes sense given that it was in Texas, site of 25%+ of US mining) - there was a separate stage for just BTC mining panels/talks and well over half of exhibitors were related to mining. Over the next few years there will be substantially more blockchain-related initiatives which have nothing to do with mining. 3⃣I of course attended the panel on Tokenization of Real World Assets - panel included reps from Coinbase Institutional, Maple Finance and our new friend Waqas Mirza of Avanza Innovations and a new firm called OurPol, focused on the digitization of real estate. Great conference, can't wait for the next.

As you can see, even testnet transactions cost $QNT. Testnet used to be free, now you simply get a 2 month trial.

I know this is a tired example but I’ve experienced it twice in the last month: (1) a US based business counterparty owed me return of a small deposit ($10k) - they banked at Wells Fargo, wire was pending for 3 days; (2) I authorized a wire to my trading account, which I had wired $$ many times before (from and to same accounts) - it took 36 hours and I had to do 3 calls, two of them exactly the same questions, including asking me who I was sending it to, why I was sending it, did I expect to send more at a later time and was it business or personal. I was literally losing my mind.

Why should a RWA bridge be permissionless if it’s on chain existence depends on a regulator and custodian. $QNT

I receive the daily email from Leo Schwartz who writes Fortune Crypto - the following summary of a part of DC Fintech Week was very interesting and for us #RWA'ers very topical (with credit to Leo): Michael Hsu, acting Comptroller of the Currency, said: (1) crypto full of frauds/hacks/scams, (2) BUT, the #tokenization of #RWAs was the exception, AND (3) "Tokenization, if done right, that holds a lot of promise." Maybe Hsu gets it....perhaps there is light at the end of the tunnel.

When the tokenization of #RWAs in multiple locations across international boundaries and across multiple blockchains becomes more prevalent, I don't doubt that $QNT will be the enabling technology that will enable the cross-chain trades or payments.
