yeah some of the faces were definitely auto-generated, but I’m sure they’ll iron this out.
in hindsight this is the only move that makes sense if they’re trying to auto-migrate hundreds of static face dynamic heads in the catalog to be animated and/or at least caged correctly.

@Maxxell verification should be something handed out to high risk users (such as large developers or influential people at risk of being impersonated) it sucks that its pretty much turned into a flexing thing, diluting the real purpose behind it

Those who do not continue to meet the verification requirements should lose their verification.
A small fix like that would allow Roblox to offer a priority support queue for developers (not that they would), while wiping out 95% of current verifications.
Best of both worlds.

All recent signs actually suggest it is intentional, since everyone affected is someone who lost their 10% Experience Split after getting the verification badge. This might be an "unverification wave", but don't treat random Twitter posts as confirmed sources. #Roblox

The 2 chapters will be free as a demo, representing at least 2 hours of streamlined gameplay!
This was all outlined in the kickstarter, so please take a look for more information.
The game costs $750,000 so the kickstarter did not cover it all. I have other replies breaking down this cost.
All potential profits from the kickstarter go to a joint venture to fund future community projects and egg hunts.
We thought this is probably the best way to have a chance of making back the money from this project and making an egg hunt in 2027.

@gnbconfessions accessories do not affect gameplay. having to pay for most customization things is the only way to monetize the game without affecting gameplay for the player base as a whole

@oozinglunatic the general you're thinking of Thomas-Alexandre Dumas died in 1806. italy isnt even a option yet, and as I literally pointed out, colored sailors are slated to be added to the royal navy. any sort of mass colored regiments were colonial ones, which yet again, are not added yet.

it takes place during the napoleonic wars, napoleon himself had a bunch of black generals in his army anyway not to mention the black men in the russian, italian and britsh armies

@gnbconfessions believe it or not, the Portuguese regiments have a tanner skin tone. there hasn’t been any sort of colored regiments added yet, because the game is largely set in europe, especially northern europe. historically during this time, there was a lack of colored regiments in europe.

kingdom of naples had african regiments, and the ottoman empire, and i believe the dutch east indies (and west) companies had a lot of poc colonial rgts

@gnbconfessions if the game were to ever expand into the caribbean, north africa, or literally almost any other sort of colony, there would be colored colonial regiments, as it would make sense historically.
