It seems the riders are ending their ride near to these, it just so happens there are racks in the area to, in the absence of instructions otherwise it would seem reasonable to park here

The council should just replace a few parking bays with dedicated Lime Bike bays. Isn’t that better half a dozen people who use bikes can replace a single car which sits idle 95% of the time?

They could extend these, unfortunately that might not solve your problem as it could well mean removel of one or more parking spaces. Which might well be objected to.

Lime bikes already have bays all across central London and shouldnt be allowed to take up these spaces, not one bike is secured against these stands either because of it.

Also the passengers cannot exit the vehicle if i parked the other way. Either way the lime bikes are parked without consideration.

Unless you have some reason you need to park like this, parking in the direction of traffic would presumably allow you to exit without issue?
