Asset recovery is now live for Optimism and Arbitrum (post-Nitro upgrade). Since April, we've helped unlock 4,000+ recoveries.

@ann_droo Arbitrum recovery is rolling out as we speak! We expect it to be available to all retail users early next week. @ElGreco1030 unfortunately USDT will not be available for recovery on launch for the same reason as jitoSOL highlighted above - however, we are actively working on a solution here and will update once these tokens are recoverable!

Asset recovery is now live for Solana. Eligible unsupported SPL tokens mistakenly sent to your Coinbase address can now be reclaimed using our self-service recovery tool—no support ticket needed. In order to keep the funds of our customers safe, we use isolated key management systems that unfortunately do not allow for one-off recoveries of unsupported funds. To allow otherwise would diminish the integrity of our security systems. I sorry that I am unable to help with recovering these funds but we continue to invest in ways to recover assets that preserve the integrity of our security systems

We are on it, and will be able to recover unsupported assets sent to Coinbase on Solana within the next couple months We have a team of engineers working hard to enable this and will share more as soon as it's live
