My very first Cape Town marathon🤏🏾. The idea was to go there and have fun but my batch had 3 sub 4:45 buses. I decided to join a bus. Stayed with them until 26km, my injured knee yathi “awungitsheli lokho”🥴

We took water at every water point spending an average of 10-15 seconds walk around the water. Flag time 4:30 and pace guide 4:28. #FetchYourBody2026 #MarathonPacer
