@ian_nutrition @ian_nutrition It's a prickly cucumber from the vine family! It's ripe and ready for munching on, but you would have to peel it first! We're growing them outside our front door! And they are delicious. A nice change from the standard English version that we get .

My eyes were opened to how hard we athletes push ourselves to the point of forgetting to love ourselves. We need to nourish the loving while competing!
