Piers. This is now defamation of character. I have been a very vocal advocate for mental health and those living with mental illness. I am an active ambassador for several mental health charities & have shared my own illness for 33 yrs. How dare you accuse me of financial gain.

How disgusting that @British_Airways cancel our connecting flight then bump the price of the alternative from £110 to £463. Not a great service!

The UK Natural gas price is FOUR TIMES what it was a few weeks back. If the Government doesn’t come up with something to counter this, they’ll be looking at mass unemployment in coming months. Completely unsustainable for businesses to afford. A domestic emergency. @RishiSunak

@THEOUTNET not sure how else to get your attention and help. I returned a parcel 17/1 it is now stuck at @UPS in Italy. Neither of you are trying to sort this out I would like my refund and I have been patient but it is now over 6 weeks and no one is helping me Poor customer care
