@USTechWorkers This is absolutely true. While at Advanced Micro Devices I had to have members of my team train their Indian replacements. Once done I was forced to let them go. I spent 3 years going back and forth to India . Their productivity was horrible.

Say that to the Americans who had to train their foreign replacements on H-1B visas after receiving their pink slips.
