Let’s talk H1B. In March 2024, I got a call. My job was gone. So was everyone else's. Infosys didn't replace one or two of us. They replaced the whole department. Every. Single. One. Their guy chose to keep his friends employed over American workers. This isn't a story. It's a playbook. Here's what they don't tell you about H-1B abuse in Ohio: → Ohioans have lost ~$300M per H-1B worker cycle → Wages drop tens of thousands per replaced job → That money doesn't pay Ohio rent. Doesn't hit Ohio restaurants. Doesn't pay Ohio taxes. It leaves. Infosys paid $34M settling federal fraud charges for exactly this. Now Vivek Ramaswamy wants to be Ohio's governor. The same man whose company used H-1B visas 29 times. The same man who told Americans we "venerate mediocrity over excellence." He got fired from DOGE partly for saying that. He says he wants to reform H-1B now. His record says otherwise. I'm running for Lt. governor because I know what it feels like. To be told your job, your team, your livelihood just doesn't matter. Ohio workers matter. Ohio paychecks should stay in Ohio. We will solve this. Share this. 🗳️ Vote @CaseyPutsch — May 5 📋 Register by April 6

Grateful for the support of the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association as we fight for a better future for Ohio farmers. At the Ohio Beef Expo this afternoon!

At the Supreme Court Friday, DOJ lawyers defended President Barack Obama’s 2015 decision to provide work permits to the spouses of H-1B migrants. The brief argues American professionals should not be allowed to sue the government over the policy because they cannot prove they suffer direct economic harm from additional foreign workers. “This document gives the impression that the Trump administration is not in control of the Justice Department,” says John Miano of @CIS_org.

NEW: a reader writes in to expose Indian-fueled incompetence at Pentagon Federal Credit Union, inspired by my reports on USAA. He describes how PenFed has made basic banking transactions a needless pain: "I simply cannot download transactions to a CSV file from the PenFed website. I rarely perform this action but when I do, I expect it to work. So, a couple of months ago, I try to do so. It gives me a very specific error that any IT person who knows what they are doing would know it's a backend server/database/etc. issue. I called PenFed and opened up several tickets, via customer service, followed up several times, they closed the tickets, they said they were fixed, they ran me around this that and the other. All of which I know, whoever is getting these tickets on the IT side has actually no idea what they are doing, as it's scary. These people handle our money! Still, today, same issue. I have given up. I've wasted several hours on the phone with PenFed, they can't escalate. They can't actually have me speak with a technical person. It's all very obfuscated between me, as the end-user, and their incompetent IT people. Next step, I am simply going to drop a letter in the mail to everyone and their brother that I can find over there that is higher up. This is nonsense. This is the new IT culture all of the C-level people have created." He adds that he is "a seasoned IT professional for over 30 years, so I know all about the offshoring and the results of doing so and the playbook that I've seen over and over again." @USCIS @USDOL

Have you heard the story of the hardworking American college graduate who can’t find a job in his field because his position was given to a foreign worker? American youth suffers.
