My mom saw BJP’s wins in Assam, Bengal and across state after state and asked me: ‘do you think the rise of Hindutva will affect us as Muslims in the future?’ Also the Left has vanished from India’s map. Real question from a Muslim home what do you think, India?

The Congress headquarters today, after winning Kerala, the only state that matters, because what Kerala thinks today, the country thinks tomorrow. Kerala’s results show the national mood and are an indication of what’s coming in the 2029 general elections. Be very scared, BJP.

Bengal goes to polls. What I saw in Murshidabad shook me to the core. 91 lakh people may not be able to vote. The Election Commission of India has failed the Constitution and the poorest of Bengal. Helicopter media and jhaalmuri media will not show you this. A collective failure!

Quality is decided at the source, not in the scoop. Behind every batch is a process built on strict selection, constant testing, and saying “no” more than “yes.” Because clean, consistent nutrition leaves no room for guesswork. #gnc #gncindia #gnclivewell #wheyprotien #proteinpowder

Instead of watching an hour of Netflix, watch this 2-hour Stanford lecture on AI careers. It will teach you more about winning in the AI race than all the AI content you’ve scrolled past this year.

With the greatest humility, I am pleased to announce that the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America, along with their allies, have agreed to an immediate ceasefire everywhere including Lebanon and elsewhere, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. I warmly welcome the sagacious gesture and extend deepest gratitude to the leadership of both the countries and invite their delegations to Islamabad on Friday, 10th April 2026, to further negotiate for a conclusive agreement to settle all disputes. Both parties have displayed remarkable wisdom and understanding and have remained constructively engaged in furthering the cause of peace and stability. We earnestly hope, that the ‘Islamabad Talks’ succeed in achieving sustainable peace and wish to share more good news in coming days! @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @SecRubio @SteveWitkoff @SEPeaceMissions @drpezeshkian @mb_ghalibaf @araghchi

I asked ChatGPT to take a look at this utter bullshit. 😂 This reads like a familiar genre: apocalypse by anecdote, dressed up as a public service announcement, with a little subscription funnel hidden inside. Yes, AI is real. Yes, progress is fast. But the essay’s core move is illegitimate: it turns “my workflow got easier” into “half the economy collapses in 12–24 months.” That isn’t insight. It’s storytelling. The COVID analogy is a bait-and-switch COVID was a biological exponential with one gating factor: human contact. AI disruption is not that. It runs into procurement cycles, compliance, security, data rights, liability, integration, and institutional inertia. The author borrows the emotional memory of February 2020 (“you’re asleep, then the world snaps”) to smuggle in certainty about a future that depends on dozens of bottlenecks magically disappearing. “It happened to me first” is not evidence His proof is personal astonishment: I experienced a jump, so you’re next. That’s selection bias. He lives in an AI-native environment, doing greenfield software work—one of the easiest domains to accelerate. That’s not representative of law, medicine, finance, or government work where accountability and risk dominate. He confuses tasks with jobs A job isn’t “writing” or “analysis.” It’s those tasks plus context, responsibility, trust, and liability. Lawyers get paid for being accountable when the text is wrong. Doctors don’t just “read labs”; they absorb risk, uncertainty, and moral/legal consequence. AI can compress workflows and reduce headcount at the margins, especially junior roles—but “workflow compression” is not the same thing as mass job extinction on a clean countdown. The exponential extrapolation is doing all the work He cites METR’s measurements on longer autonomous task completion, then leaps to “days within a year, weeks within two, month-long projects within three.” That’s not a conclusion; it’s an extrapolation stacked on an extrapolation. Real curves hit friction: reliability, brittleness, evaluation gaming, security constraints, cost/latency, and organizational resistance. METR’s data is interesting—not a prophecy. “AI builds itself” is hype by ambiguity He frames OpenAI’s statement that a model helped with parts of its development as if it implies autonomous self-creation and an “intelligence explosion.” In practice, “helped debug/deploy/evaluate” can mean mundane productivity assistance inside a human-led pipeline. He inflates a true sentence into sci-fi to intensify urgency. The tell: fear as a conversion funnel The structure is textbook: trauma anchor (COVID) → authority claim (“I’m in the industry”) → helplessness frame (“a few hundred people control it”) → countdown → purchasable solution (“pay $20/month; follow me for the best model”). That’s not public education. That’s marketing. What’s true without the theater Frontier models are improving quickly. Longer-task performance is trending upward. Labor disruption—especially for entry-level white-collar work—is a real risk. But this essay replaces careful analysis with certainty, and turns anxiety into a product: subscribe, follow, believe. Bottom line: It’s tech eschatology—personal awe mistaken for evidence, exponential charts treated as destiny, and your fear used as leverage.

Two individuals made out villains by the reckless formal and social media in India are Vijay Mallya and Lalit Modi. The fact remains that both did contribute immensely for uplifting Indian aviation and sports. Till date nobody has run an airline in India better than Kingfisher. And but for the IPL of Lalit Modi our cricket would not have discovered and curated immense cricketing talent in the country. Let the law take its course if they did any transgression. But to go after their flesh and skin like vultures is very barbaric. How many agree with me?

I would like to heartily congratulate the new owners of RCB. I wish them the very best and Godspeed with the most valuable IPL franchise. When I bought the franchise in 2008 for INR 450 crores, most people laughed at me and criticised my investment as a vanity project. Behind my much touted madnesses was building the Royal Challenge brand and hence I named the franchise RCB. Immensely gratifying to see my INR 450 crore investment grow to INR 16,500 crores. RCB will always remain a part of my DNA with indelible memories including picking the young Virat Kohli who is now amongst the best in the World. To all RCB fans who came on board during my stewardship and beyond, a grateful thank you and please continue to support RCB the Lion of Bengaluru. Namaskara.

Deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Tarun Kumar in Uttam Nagar. It’s heartbreaking that something as small as a child throwing a water balloon during Holi could escalate into such violence. Humanity should never fall to this level. Prayers for his family and hope the culprits face the strictest punishment.
