@DaKayler @elconde_nad0 Curiosamente, la sal “yodada” no sólo tiene niveles inadecuados, pero se le sabe agregar flúor en ocasiones… flúor que compite con el yodo en tus receptores. Igual que el cloro y el bromo (halógenos). Si sacas cuenta, no es falta de yodo, es exceso de halógenos. 🤔
