Additionally, I explored the Teen maker space and their maintenance facility, which is particularly noteworthy for its functionality during adverse weather conditions (like this weekend). The museum is definitely worth visiting, with even more reasons to go now.

I joined the Science Museum Board of Trustees a couple of summers ago, at which time the board was grappling with a funding shortfall caused by rising lumber and construction costs for the new Scienece center in Northern Virginia. We successfully collaborated to address the issue
