@IndiGo6E Indigo Airlines doesn't allow same baggage allowance on booking international combined with domestic with same PNR. International sector 30 kg and domestic 15 kg. Another way of looting. There is no cap on fares. Being a low cast airlines some restrictions needed

@IndiGo6E Charging convenience charge for with multiple passengers is not fair. For system airline shouldn't be charging. Some carriers don't charge convenience fees at all.

Indigo Airlines is charging convenience fees while booking online ticket that too per passenger not per PNR. For example if we book 4 tickets for each passenger it is added. First of all no airlines should be allowed charge any convenience fees.

@PMCPune most unresponsive office, who are not bothered to response to emails sent. Transfer of property tax ownership application was processed but now bearing 3 months it's in UNDER PROCESS status. No reply to grievance raised.

@IndiGo6E Maintaining online booking is part of airline system, Air India is not charging. Why it should be charged per PNR not per passenger in a PNR. What happens when a flight is delayed or cancelled? What compensation you give?
