@bindureddy We need a gateway on top of MCP to handle authentication and entitlements for tools and the tool registry.

RIP MCP! MCP is dying and we are back to using OAuth and APIs MCP servers are unreliable, very limited and don’t handle auth well Overall LLMs still struggle with connectors and operations on 3rd party systems

This was a historic week for AI policy. President Trump gave his first major speech on AI, the White House released its AI Action Plan, and President Trump signed three important executive orders. If you missed it, here is a recap of the major themes and actions. 🧵

What a milestone! We are happy and proud to announce the Apache Kafka 4.0.0 release! It’s the first release without Zookeeper, and so many other core improvements like the new consumer group rebalance protocol (GA) and Queues for Kafka (EA) to just mention a few… \1

This is the correct take. Every time we’ve made it easier to program, we see an explosion of more software uses. AI will do this yet again, and we’ll see technology get applied to even more problems. This makes the field of programming more useful, not less.
Andrew Ng@AndrewYNg

Some people today are discouraging others from learning programming on the grounds AI will automate it. This advice will be seen as some of the worst career advice ever given. I disagree with the Turing Award and Nobel prize winner who wrote, “It is far more likely that the programming occupation will become extinct [...] than that it will become all-powerful. More and more, computers will program themselves.” Statements discouraging people from learning to code are harmful! In the 1960s, when programming moved from punchcards (where a programmer had to laboriously make holes in physical cards to write code character by character) to keyboards with terminals, programming became easier. And that made it a better time than before to begin programming. Yet it was in this era that Nobel laureate Herb Simon wrote the words quoted in the first paragraph. Today’s arguments not to learn to code continue to echo his comment. As coding becomes easier, more people should code, not fewer! Over the past few decades, as programming has moved from assembly language to higher-level languages like C, from desktop to cloud, from raw text editors to IDEs to AI assisted coding where sometimes one barely even looks at the generated code (which some coders recently started to call vibe coding), it is getting easier with each step. I wrote previously that I see tech-savvy people coordinating AI tools to move toward being 10x professionals — individuals who have 10 times the impact of the average person in their field. I am increasingly convinced that the best way for many people to accomplish this is not to be just consumers of AI applications, but to learn enough coding to use AI-assisted coding tools effectively. One question I’m asked most often is what someone should do who is worried about job displacement by AI. My answer is: Learn about AI and take control of it, because one of the most important skills in the future will be the ability to tell a computer exactly what you want, so it can do that for you. Coding (or getting AI to code for you) is a great way to do that. When I was working on the course Generative AI for Everyone and needed to generate AI artwork for the background images, I worked with a collaborator who had studied art history and knew the language of art. He prompted Midjourney with terminology based on the historical style, palette, artist inspiration and so on — using the language of art — to get the result he wanted. I didn’t know this language, and my paltry attempts at prompting could not deliver as effective a result. Similarly, scientists, analysts, marketers, recruiters, and people of a wide range of professions who understand the language of software through their knowledge of coding can tell an LLM or an AI-enabled IDE what they want much more precisely, and get much better results. As these tools are continuing to make coding easier, this is the best time yet to learn to code, to learn the language of software, and learn to make computers do exactly what you want them to do. A huge honor to be at the Capitol today as my former Senate colleagues voted to confirm me as the 28th Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Profoundly grateful to @POTUS for the trust he’s placed in me to help advance his America First agenda - and unleash a new era of growth, innovation, and prosperity for small business and all Americans.

We're entering an era of accelerated work where we can have AI Agents perform any work at unlimited scale. With browser access, AI Agents can use cloud software, which means we'll setup work to be done in the background. Here's a task of adding research to a doc.

Operator from OpenAI can basically straight up use cloud software to do anything. Here it’s using Box to build out an entire file and folder structure then adding research into each doc. Imagine waking up to work being done for you by AI Agents.

Commentary Donald J. Trump Posts From Truth Social
For far too long, we have relied on taxing our Great People using the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Through soft and pathetically weak Trade agreements, the American Economy has delivered growth and prosperity to the World, while taxing ourselves. It is time for that to change. I am today announcing that I will create the EXTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE to collect our Tariffs, Duties, and all Revenue that come from Foreign sources. We will begin charging those that make money off of us with Trade, and they will start paying, FINALLY, their fair share. January 20, 2025, will be the birth date of the External Revenue Service. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! Donald Trump Truth Social 11:28 AM EST 01/14/25

The FOX News Decision Desk projects former President Donald Trump will be the 47th president, defeating Vice President Kamala Harris. Trump makes history with a political comeback, becoming the first president since Grover Cleveland in the 1800s to return to office after a defeat — a rare twist that highlights his influence in American politics.
