Jhmahl Leevernon Shannon, 33, Robbinsdale, charged w/2nd degree murder in Friday's #NorthLoop homicide. Charges say Shannon met the victim at 5th/Hennepin at bar close and went back to his apt to party. Shannon woke up to the victim performing oral sex on him. He was not pleased.
