JW. The Wangly one.
@RangerNS
@[email protected] Used to be wangly. Now, mostly broken. Twitter isn't my private journal. I expect and hope for a public debate on my ramblings.

@TracketPacer It doesn't really matter what the conductor is made of, if you leave the the insulation on one carefully peel it back on the other.
You've proved insulation burns.

@BrianSabol @AdameMedia So they can remain a neutral country.
English

@AdameMedia Switzerland is a neutral country. Why do they need fighter jets?

@georgiaweidman Get a ghost writer. A team of ghost writers.
I'd bet 70% of those on the Billboard top 100 today neither wrote their own songs, or even played their own instruments in the studio.

@TrentTelenko The Coast Guard has to go out. Returning is a different problem.
The Navy is for people who want 3 meals and a mattress.

@jec79 I have to assume the literal translation of that place is "horrible paperclip"?

@jec79 3. It wouldn't be a kill switch so much as choking off the care and feeding required. 7/26" gaskets, 39.2mm bolts, aerospace grade 6502 processors that just don't exist from anyone but LM. Be like Iran trying to fly Tomcats.
English

@jec79 1. It likely was. The entire F-35 R&D program sucked in international speculation money with guarantees, even without hardware commitment
2. LM can't make that guarantee. 500 people might show up to bricked computers in Burnside tomorrow, let alone cheeto blocking physical goods
English

So many questions:
1. If this was possible, why wasn’t it part of the original deal? Because they lied or we didn’t ask?
2. Jobs are nice but how will they guarantee parts and service?
3. Even more important, will LM give the RCAF overrides to any software “kill switch”?

@TrueSlazac Do you have some medically recognized learning disability?

@stphnmaher Its better to think of "Europe" as meaning "Greco-Roman, Judeo-Christian" culture than geography. This would include North & South America, Aus/NZ.
And yes, the USA is the outlier.
English

The reaction to this is interesting, likely varies by region, ideology. In thinking about Canadian identity recently, I have been thinking that Canada is like a normal European country and USA is the outlier.

Don’t care for this description and the implied snobbery.

@TheMaineWonk GOP has the majority in both houses, and the Whitehouse. They would be shutting things down.
