ICE Rochester ... Alec Binondo ... Now that I finally got off of work I can explain a little. I was at Menards north getting some tools quick before I went to work. I was in and out for like 5 mins, and when I came out there was a car next to mine first red flag to an empty parking lot at 6 am, all of a sudden two suvs pulled up and got out quick. Obviously I was nervous, but I’ve dealt with local police that I’ve been wronged in the past, and have been since acquitted of all charges was accused. That’s why I stayed calm, because I have acted out in the past, and it got me put in the back of a squad and taken away. So now I live by just listening to what they have to say, and I won’t have problems. It’s sad but it’s true I have been profiled in the past. I just wanted to let Rochester know this is how you should react. Stay calm and go through the motions. If you did nothing wrong, and didn’t break any national laws you should be fine.
