@DHLParcelUK the tracking information now indicates that the driver has been delivering slot 195 since 14:00 this afternoon. No movement. I am now 201. Why has my package not been delivered, and why was I not a priority when they didn't show up yesterday?

@RayvoxLtd Hi Oren, I want to help get this sorted ASAP for you. It looks as though we’re getting readings from both of your smart meters but I’m going to get one of our senior managers to call you this afternoon to help fix your IHD and the screen on your gas meter.

@OctopusEnergy it's been over a month since I reported my broken gas meter and IHD. Meter non-functional, no display, and won't give readings. IHD not reporting any data. No one has come to fix this. Freezing cold. The stress and anxiety is astronomical. What are you going to do?
