THIS IS HORRIFIC Matthew Cody Ball, 36, has been sentenced to a record 438 years in prison. Meaning he will die behind bars, for the systematic rape and sexual abuse of six children over more than a decade in Tennessee. His youngest victim is believed to have been just four years old. The monster was convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child, nine counts of rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery, rape, and statutory rape by an authority figure. He preyed on the most vulnerable kids in the most disgusting and outrageous way possible. Prosecutors said the crimes were so horrific the judge had no choice but to lock him away forever. This is one of the longest sentences ever handed down in America for child sex offences. Sickening beyond words.

Just submitted my complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority about this poster ad at tube stations. Why is there so little consideration of the impact of such images on children? (And one might add, on bereaved parents).

In every role she held, Lauren exemplified dedication to the OIG mission. Lauren approached her work with integrity, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to excellence that strengthened our organization and the communities we serve. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lauren was a bright spot for so many of the DHS community. She brought warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense of care to her colleagues each day. This horrific incident is a devastating loss for the entire DHS community.
