Ukraine’s future will be decided by Ukrainians.

The vast majority of Americans oppose Putin, and support Ukraine. It is evil vs good. It is dictatorship vs democracy. The Pentagon is not aligned.

Razom for Ukraine is deeply disappointed that a majority on the Appropriations Cmte voted against Ukraine aid, including humanitarian support. During FY27 markup, the Cmte rejected the only House amendment to provide support for Ukraine. Introduced by @RepStenyHoyer, it failed 27–32. We’re grateful to Rep. Hoyer and all who continue to stand with Ukraine—and U.S. interests.

More than 20,000 Ukrainian children have been abducted by Russian forces since the start of Putin's bloody war. America must work to secure the immediate return of these missing kids to their families and freedom for the Ukrainian people.

Today, I stood in front of 20,000 teddy bears on the national mall — each one representing an abducted Ukrainian child — to condemn Putin's brutality and remind the world of these children's plight. Many of them are tortured, forced to memorize propaganda, and/or sent to the front lines to fight against their own country. This is evil in its purest form. Now is the time for moral clarity, and history will judge us by how we respond.

The image of these 20,000 bears is worth 20,000 words. Each bear represents a Ukrainian child that Russia has horrifically kidnapped. Returning these children to their families is an urgent imperative.

Russia is not only waging war—it is stealing Ukraine’s future. Thousands of children abducted, stripped of their identity, forced into new lives. This crime echoes centuries of attempts to erase Ukraine. It will fail. We will bring the children home.

Each teddy bear represents a Ukrainian child who has been abducted by Russians. The "20,000 Teddy Bears on the National Mall - Bring Ukrainian Kids Back" installation was created over five days (Friday through Tuesday) by more than 50 volunteers, with over 120 volunteers involved in total. The display featured white, brown, maroon, and red teddy bears, with the maroon and red bears forming the message: "Putin abducted 20,000 Ukrainian children. Bring Kids Back." And those are only the cases we know about. According to experts, the real numbers are much higher. The project was created by @razomforukraine and implemented in partnership with @AmericaforUA
