@jakebrowatzke New competition in the market will not capture the enterprise customer. Enterprise customers have too much governance and risk control to trust a startup to manage their AI orchestration. The thesis you stated before was the capture of 10k enterprise clients already on roster.

There has been a lot more competition entering the market with great products than I was expecting, so they likely lose more market share than I had assumed before. Even as the market grows massively. Even with this change, (a larger gap between the growth rate of the market and the growth rate of uIpath) it's still a top 5 investment in our spreadsheet over 5 years because it's trading like it's not competitive at all, which is completely false.

The "poison pill" is Daniel Dines CEO who controls the company's direction. Companies with dual-class structures are notoriously hard to acquire without their blessing. Anyone else feel like something is brewing here? 2 days of aggressive dumping, then a large buy in the 9s before close today. I don't think the dump was anything to do with software or Claude. $FUBO I have had a few minutes to read the shareholder letter after my first day back at work in a week. I appreciate @davidgandler speaking directly to us retail shareholders and mentioning the disconnect between the intrinsic value of the business and the stock price. The numbers appear to be what was needed for the catalyst. From reading this letter I believe you do care. 🙏 Us shareholders do have one question that will need to be addressed sooner than later IMHO…. What caused the free cash flow positive timeframe to be pushed back from “immediately” to fiscal 2027? Still a customer and a relatively large retail shareholder. ~IWP

@AndersReiche @yv5935 Have you factored in the 10,000 customers they have on roster today which they can sell into? While a percentage of customers may select other orchestration tools orher than $PATH but having those existing relationships increases sell through based on trust and familiarity.
