@WyndhamHotels Howard Johnson in Mystic CT has ghosted me after being told I would receive a full refund due to us needing to leave the hotel due to mold, stains and bed bugs in our room. Super.com will not issue refund without an email from hotel allowing refund

@Rcouilla I requested more information so I could check the voucher type you have to see if we'd be able to offer a refund. As previously advised, the voucher type doesn't allow us to do this so I'm sorry for any disappointment caused. JulieR

@Rcouilla We've provided a voucher which can be used for travel and as advised it doesn't need to be used by the voucher holder. However, travel must be completed by 30 September 2024. JulieR

@British_Airways Okay. So basically you are saying British Airways will take my $800 and not perform a service. From a flight that I was given a voucher for during that I paid in full for during Covid? So #stealing #worstcustomerservice

@Rcouilla using their eVoucher. Although for security reasons, bookings made within four days of departure must include all eVoucher holders. 2/2 JulieR

@British_Airways Hi Julie, we have a very young child and cannot travel outside of the US and there are no flights for us to take within the US on BA.com. I can book on American domestically, which is one of your partners, but I’d need a different code for the booking to work.
