बिहार के गरीब राज्य बने रहने के पीछे यहां के युवाओं में उद्यमिता के बदले सरकारी नौकरी के पीछे का पागलपन है। 45000 लगभग शिक्षकों की नौकरी आनी है उसमें से 80 पर्सेंट सीट आरक्षित होंगे। फिर भी पूरे बिहार में युवाओं के लिए अभी सबसे बड़ा मुद्दा शिक्षक बहाली है। स्वरोजगार से कैसे आगे बढ़े इस पर कोई चर्चा नहीं! छात्रों को सरकारी नौकरी के पीछे पागल बनाने में कोचिंग संस्थानों की भी एक बड़ी भूमिका है। यह सारे सफेदपोश कोचिंग वाले जो इतने ज्ञान की बातें करते हैं वो अपने छात्रों को यह क्यों नहीं बताते की सब की सरकारी नौकरी नहीं होनी है इसलिए सरकारी नौकरी का सपना छोड़कर स्वरोजगार और उद्यमिता का रास्ता अपनाओ। कोई कोचिंग वाला यह बताता है क्या आपने क्लास में?
