@gotrice2024 That's diesel, not gas. (Green pump handle). He should have hit the pump shutoff first.

This man was pumping gas at the gas station, as it approached 16 gallons of gas he knew he was going to reach what he wanted to pay. So when it went over 16 he was surprised and tried to stop the pump. He hit the release tab on the pump handle and it does nothing. It still pumps. It’s now approaching 24 gallons and he knows it’s going to flood and overflow his tank. Sure enough, as soon as he hit 24, gas spilled out onto the concrete. He panics and runs to hit the emergency shut off on the building. It cuts off power to the pumps and cuts out the lights. Did he wait way too long to shut it off or at least notify someone, what would you have done?

Who's responsible? This woman has a neighbor who is cutting down a tree in his yard. The issue is that the tree is hanging over her yard, and he’s cutting the part that will fall into it. He claims it’s her responsibility to pick it up. He also didn’t warn anybody he was doing it. So who is responsible in this scenario? Someone could have gotten hurt.
