An electrician doesn't really give a fck whether a lawyer will eventually out-earn him because he will be enjoying comfortable living on the high wages he's had since he completed his apprenticeship in his late teens and he won't have debts to pay. However there are too many shitty degrees with very low job expectations on offer to kids who have been coerced by group-think into going to uni. Most of those jobs you mentioned will be taken over by AI anyway

UK Corporate Salaries are terrible, but if you want the best chance to escape that and earn 100K plus and have freedom to create your own company.
Electronics is your path forward, it does not hurt, either that it is second highest paid graduate salary.
It is the top one if NHS jobs are not considered.
